We believe it for others, right? We believe it for the fit chicks on IG. The women on the cover of Oxygen magazine. The fitness accounts on Facebook. We even believe it for those around us (family & friends). It’s time we believe it for ourselves.
Believe we can start. Believe we can finish what we started. Believe we can keep going… Pushing through the hard days to have some of the best days of our lives.
Believe you deserve to feel your best, because you do!!! Believe that you’re growing each day—becoming healthier, stronger, fitter and more confident even if you don’t see it or feel it. Believe in the person you’re becoming. Believe you’re enough now.
It starts with belief. From there, confidence builds and a commitment is born & nurtured.
