I Was Clueless. Are You?

Don’t let our faces fool you, we are a veggie eating family. As a woman who was clueless on what I should be eating, I did my research so my kids could have better knowledge & habits.

“you can’t have sweets”
“you can’t have a cocktail”
“you can’t have any of your favorite foods” 
“the only way to lose weight is by cutting calories & starving.”
—> Does any of this sound familiar?! 

I don’t know about you, but if you tell me I can’t have something, that’s ALL I want!

I want to enjoy the journey! I want to feel full & satisfied! I’m a volume eater. Always have been! I eat just as much as Ryan! And he weighs 100 more lbs than me! I don’t want to feel deprived, life’s too short to look back & say all we did was diet. So {we} ditched the diets and made this a fun lifestyle! 

I was doing some research this weekend & came across study after study that show that the one single factor that leads to women losing weight AND keeping it off for good is ACCOUNTABILITY.
